I'm from Beaufort, but currently living in Texas. When coming to Beaufort to visit family, we usually stay on Harbor Island. The private beach is awesome!

it is a pretty place, that's for sure. We have stayed at the state park there, climbed the light house, but this was a special trip with no RV and all the work associated with driving it! :-) Beaufort is a fantastic city! Hope you were able to stay warm during the winter storm in TX. I've got a friend in TX with a KZbin channel you may enjoy "Texas Young Guns"
