Having been on that I can say it's a ball. It take's you through the streets and then into the harbour.

@PovertyPointCustoms Charlotte town, downtown ,harbor area. Great spot for the day. Up the street, they close the street down, and lots of shopping and restaurants, all walking distance.

It was scary especially when you enter the water hoping it will float!!
