Good day again Rob, how are you?, I'm alright, this weather is still awesome for early November, perhaps another green Christmas for Thunder Bay?, we'll see. I do enjoy this channel and content also, so I look forward to the next 6 parts in this canoe trip/content series. I'm still wondering if you'll still be selling the Outdoor Rob t-shirts, if so, could I still get one? Anyway, anytime that any waterways are full of whitecapped waves from the wind, it's not always good. Quetico Park is so beautiful too though. I'm sure you know about the tragic anniversary of "The Fitz" on Lake Superior this Sunday, the 49th anniversary. I still can't believe the storm on the mighty lake that day, anyway, take care buddy and bye for now. P.S. Was this trip filmed this past summer?, all the very best.

Get a Double blade Rob. I swear by it after I did 22km in 8 hrs against 60k gust whitecaps on North Tea. The only way to accomplish travel on big lakes with big solo canoes is kayak paddle imo. It ties up nice with Orange gear tie. Ya Slide the paddle to get balanced on the ports. Still single carry. Still need to Keep a beaver tail for fishing and swamp river leisure paddling. Extra weight of both paddles still worth it. I hope to be out there doing trips when I’m your age Rob you are inspiring.

I have one from my Kayak days but still prefer the traditional paddle...besides I would have only used one side of the double paddle with the wind LOL! Thanks Man!
