I enjoyed this one. Great scenery. Would love to see more of a “reality cut” of finding lines/obstacles and coming up with the impromptu challenges.

We captured a bit more of that that we're gonna be showing in episode 5 and 6. As a general note its pretty hard to get that reality tv style because the camera has to be packed up each time we move locations so sometimes by the time the camera is rebuilt for the next spot they will have already talked through their game plan on the line selection. That being said we did capture more of it though because its definitely a fun side of the dynamic- seeing them visualize a line and then executing on it!

@@HardEnduroBurros Just a gopro or iphone is fine, seriously. I geek out on camera gear too, but viewers don't care that you had to unpack the A7SIII with all the lenses and tripods, wireless mics, plus drones, etc. Lot of vloggers fall into this trap thinking they need all this fancy gear when a gopro with auto settings is probably better (sacrilege I know).

That might be your personal opinion which you’re of course entitled to but we’re getting 10 to 1,comments of people appreciating the level of quality we’re trying to deliver. We can see why you prefer a standard GoPro on auto because it’s easy for you to manage and we get that but we revel in the challenge of doing something more in depth, where people feel something from the content. Everyone has their own style and if your followers are happy with one long GoPro clip then great stick with that! Our sponsors, the riders and the stakeholders in the hard enduro industry as a whole all have voiced a need for a quality project to exist for everyone to be proud of and engaged in to help grow the sport. We’re filmmakers not vloggers so no trap to fall in here. That being said we have even more back story to the lines in the next 3 episodes should you choose to stick around and check them out. @ hey more power to you, especially if it helps you justify red cameras and F2.8 lenses and drones and all that. I like and appreciate the quality you are producing. My only point was that if you are missing content because you’re fumbling with gear, then maybe consider adding something easy to the arsenal. Content is always more important than equipment.

@ how good are the 300s on sand? I’m from Oregon and the only reason I like my 450 is for that power on the sand dunes, even tho I only ride on the sand when we’re in fire season because I’d much rather be in the woods!
