Great interview. I appreciate how Justin explained low and high speed compression. Never heard it conveyed by chassis vs wheel movement.

Very interesting , i like stiff springs for hold up with softer valving and fast rebound seems to be the best combo for me

We think this is a good combination. How much do you weigh, and what spring rate do you run?

@ im 90kg usually go 1 or 2 spring rates heavier depends on how plush i want to make it

Good to know.....experimentation is often the key. If you don't try you don't know if it's better or worse 👌🏻

Really good overview on suspension vs. rider relation. To me a good suspension has a broad range, where it works. There is bad suspension, that only works well sometimes. Like a motor with a small rpm range. Example: KTM X-plor forks with the factory setup (from 2017 and following years).... Happy that the new models come standard with reasonable suspension.

Is there a real differnce from pros to an amateur? And what about the relation to gearing box or and power train from the piston to the rear tyre?

Generally speaking you'll find that the harder you ride the firmer your suspension needs to be, but it really always comes back to giving a rider what they need to allow them to ride harder and faster
