we know Eliya bhai is not a very bad man and he also own two houses, but he is still unmarried, which also tells that there are not just issues with Russian men but there are problems living with Russian women also, maybe that scares him from getting married. Ultimately there's higher chances of divorce anyway and if that happens, he will have to pay alimony and have to lose some of his property.

As such issues of misusing marriage for alimony and similar other benefits is a much bigger and common problem in countries like Russia and the US. Cant compare India's misuse of alimony problem to these countries, it would be like comparing an ant to an elephant.
