This also works if your sync 3 isn’t working which makes your usb stop working in some cases too

No matter how many time I do a master reset or this reboot I can not set the time. I set the time and it just goes back to whatever it said before I tried adjusting it.

I hit the center button at the bottom and it locked up the radio . Hope this fixes it .

doesn't work. Even took mine to ford dealership. They said they changed a part but it still went out and I cant fix it using this steps. Took it back to ford worked for a few hours then went out again.
