Foam nunchuks you can't do flips and rolls with them because they're too light. Wooden chuks can cause damage to bystanders and furniture. I think solid rubber is the right choice for practicing tricks.

please be honest... I have foam nunchucks that are bent because of the plastic not being able to handle spinning. Do the Rubber nunchucks have plastic inside? Do they easily bend like the foam.

I Believe they have a wood insert down the middle, these are far more weighty and solid compared to the foam chuks, they are probably a little heavier than the wooden ones to be honest. Much more sturdy than the foam.

Hello, it's totally up to you once you own them. Everything has it's breaking point, they will survive for some time, they are pretty tough but not indestructible.
