You should fuel up at a marina. It cost you more however the extra tax money goes towards the water ways and making sure the waters are clean and prestine for you to keep enjoying

Why do Florida boaters other than you put their trailers in too far? You are one of the rare ones to do it correctly. Back in to tops of fenders, been doing it for 60 years.

good observation most people here don't know the proper way to load the boat on the trailer or learned the wrong way, so they figured the deeper the better and when accidents happens

mystic Cap is backed the trailer away too far down the ramp and running the fiberglass directly on the aluminum.. making it too hard on himself. Get the boat started, and if need be back trailer down a little more once seated
