Nice choice on motorcycle! Hope you have plenty fun :) While I can't decide for you, I most certainly would. Even if it is just the pannier frames, since they have saved me plenty money on repairing parts when bike kisses the ground :) Later you can always decide if you want hard or soft or both and know it will always fit no problem :)

Bumot is the best ever. I have Aluminium boxes on my Afrika Twin. 75.000km without any Problem! And the support of the Bumot company is more than great!

Great vid. I just fitted some Bumot frames to My 790R, looking out for a good deal on soft or hard panniers. One thing to note is if you've an Akraprovic exhaust the frame clearance to the end cap is tight, maybe 6mm, but they fit!

I se a full set of luggage on the 790 looks nice hey I also like that It's got equal spacing from side to side and the water resistance is a bonus especially with the rains coming in at the moment

Thanks, we love the look too :) The soft luggage is surprisingly resistant to rain except for in torrential downpours or very long distances in the rain (that's what the waterproof bag is for), and panniers are completely waterproof. Very good system :)

Awesome, I ordered the Bumot soft panniers and tool box 2 weeks ago for my Tiger 900 Rally Pro. I'm certain I've made the right choice, they look excellent quality and love the quick remove between soft and hard. Will get the hard when I can afford them, but I have a feeling the soft might be better than I'm thinking. Thanks for the video

You made a great choice. I've had quite a few systems over the years on different bikes. Most of them are really good, but Bumot really made something special with that soft luggage/ hard luggage quick interchanging system. coupled with the rugged quality and stylish looks, it is without a doubt, my favourite luggage system :)

I am familiar with BUMOT from my F800GS. Now looking at BUMOT Xtremada for my KTM 890 Adventure. Anyone know the weight of the BUMOT rack and hardware? The weight of the Xtremada luggage?

I wanted to buy the bags, the pannier racks and the box (later also the trio of rigid suitcases) for the africa twin 1100 adventure sports 2021 but despite the emails sent I did not understand the difference between the two shades of gray because they replied to consult the site . I think for them to sell or not to sell is the same thing. Too bad because I wanted to buy their products but I will have to look elsewhere. P.S. For example, they could propose to send me pieces of waste from the processing to see the colors well (I would obviously have paid to have the pieces of waste)

Good video. What’s the make of the green bag that you stuffed in the toolbox? I like the look of those soft panniers but always go hard topbox. BMW or Givi aluminium are superb.

Nice and some real good improvements, but the = Why would I want both soft and hard?, Locking the back to the bike look hard, The latch should be covered in plastic for cold days, They should offer locksets to match your ignition key, Really BLACK OMG that would get so hot, Water bottle pouch that's the best you can add to the sides? I would consider soft if I could sit on them, Please make one into a chair, That toolbox needs to smooth the opening so you can slide things in and out easier. Don't like the lid on the hard case, opens wrong, I like the traditional dual opening and detachable lids. Last Where is the CA compliant side reflector on the frame and bags? BTY when will a bag include reflectors on the back or better yet blinker/brake lights? Nice video well done!

Adventure motorcycles and exhaust pipe. Who is the fool that thinks the exhaust should be that far up? No need to be that high. Crossing a river, an ocean? Nuts! It should be no higher than just above the axel.

The fools in Dakar place exhaust as high as possible. Must be because of lack of experience.
