It might be the first and last one in the second division as Dinamo has financial problems and Steaua has a uncertain legal status. I am curious what crowds will the Derby attract, both teams being rivals of my favorite team, and I expect their fans not to be as supportive as the Rapid fans were for the team in the lower leagues. That is not the real Steaua! That is a team created in 2017 that only has the commercial name Steaua. The team that was created by the Regal Army in 1947 and won the Champions Cup in 1986 is FCSB. The team present now in Liga 1.

This team in 4th division has arround 1.000 people that support the team. The team in the First division has the history from 1947 till present. The team in the First division is supported by more people then The team in the fourth division.

Steaua ( the army ) got the name and badge from FCSB after a trial , so they started from the bottom , 4th league , while FCSB were obligated to change name and badge and to continue like that. Fucked up situation.
