The only legit reason I see as to why Kasumi wasn’t added for the Shido arc was because they would have to make NEW animations, and new voice overs, and they didn’t want to go through the trouble of doing that. But I say they should’ve, and the only way you can see all of that is IF YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS to unlock 3rd semester. They should’ve added her, her rank still locked at 5, and all you really doing is leveling her up and getting used to her

I really feel like Kasumi should’ve joined for the Shido’s Palace They even invited her to the celebration party after Sae’s Palace and the gang basically acknowledged her efforts as well, so it just seemed odd. Her battle style and Persona when she is Kasumi or Sumire doesn’t change at all as is, so it wouldn’t have been too weird. Also, you go from 9 members in Sae’s Palace back to 8 like in Okumura’s Palace, so it would have been nice if Kasumi was there to make up for it
