I sit down with Russ Cook AKA the Hardest Geezer and we talk about how his upbringing and early 20's have led him to attempt to become the first man to run the entire length of Africa. As well as reflecting on the journey so far, what come's after and how wanting to be the best dad possible drives him today.
Want to join us in supporting Russ with a Hardest Geezer charity workout in London? Spaces are very limited and first dibs will go to this mailing list so make sure your the first to know more details and be able to grab a spot by entering your email here!
Make sure you check your junk folder right after for the confirmation email
Look forward to seeing you there!

Ran 14 miles last night for marathon training and my back is sore, my legs are sore and the thought of running again is horrid. Could not imagine running consistently 50k in Africa, he really is a goat 🐐

Wonderful. Fabulous questions and in a world less spoilt with Internet content this expedition pre Internet would be much more globally respected for the immense human achievement it truly is. The mental strength and flexibility together with sheer physical endurance is beyond exciting and inspirational. Keep trucking Russ💪🏻

by far the best interview with Russ that I've come across, It is nicely done; past, present and the moral/spiritual, I love it.

Never ran in my life other than school but each video is kicking me up the arse a bit more to get going. History of heart problems later in life in my family, if i get running soon I might be able to prevent it. Russ is actually saving lives already 😂

Love the interview and perspectives! One idea I‘d like to add to the point of knowing that you basically know nothing: If you would have figured it all out, what is left to do then? Being happy with exploring and enjoying it is probably the best state you can achieve, at least for me. Russ, if you ever run across Germany and need a place to stay, hit me up 😁.

Great conversation. Enjoyed the questions you asked. Interestingly my dad left before I was born too. Upon my reflections and inquiries over the years, I’m now in a place where I’m thankful for it guiding me to a position where I had to seek answers internally for the questions i had. And as such, directing me on the path to strengthen my relationship with the Heavenly Father at source, rather than through the way of a father here on earth. For me too, that’s the purpose of this reality; our experiences and reflections are to help us see the energy of God in one another. Russ said - Love. God / Allah / Its the same energy just many different words attempting to define it. That’s the biggest accomplishment Russ has achieved in my eyes - he’s powerfully offered a fresh reflection to humanity that we are all made of the same energy, we are all children of the same God that created all the masters and saints. Russ has helped raise the collective knowing that this potential for greatness is within us all. What a guy. God bless you both. 💙

Russ when you achieve the run it would be prudent in a Godly sense to be thankful rather than proud. Pride always comes before a fall. 😊
