Hang in Jay. I'm deeply sorry to hear. Me & My Wife suffered 2 Miscarriages before we were blessed with our baby. My Uncle ( like my older brother) told me that our story wasn't finished yet. Meaning that our season to start our family wasn't done and to trust God. I was depressed and angry for two years, please take comfort in your relationship.

Jay, you have to allow yourself to mourn. This is life changing. You need to allow yourself to feel everything you feel. Mourning is different for everyone. I lost my son at 13. That was in 2010. It still affects me. Don't worry about anyone else other than you and your girl. Take all the time you need, Know that there are many people sending you love, but you need to mourn. You need to be mad, sad, distant, and all the other feelings associated with losing a part of your heart. Please take care of yourself. Reach out to loved ones when you are ready. There is no time frame on this. There is no wrong way to feel. Just please give yourself some grace.

I'm sorry to hear the pain you're going through right now. And I understand the quickness to anger. I lost my sister when I was only 8 to sids. 24 now and the pain never goes away but you will get on top of how to feel "normal" again. Always celebrate them and know that's you're person forever. Jesus man, i'm so sorry for both of you. Thank you for telling us. Very hard i know. My sister had 2 miscarriages and her third survived. I wrote a poem about my neice called The One That Got Away I wish nothing but good things for you both. I've not lost a child, nor had one, but lost my Dad when i was 10. Had lots of counseling for Depression and in later years Anxiety and trouble leaving the house. Take it 1 day at a time. Find strength in each other. Know you are not alone. 💙🙏❤‍🩹

I wish there was something I could say that could help. Opening up and talking about your feelings is a tough, but I think helpfully step with working through everything. My mom went through a very similar station with a baby girl. About a month after they lost her, they were able to adopt me. My adoption is something I’m thankful for more than any words could express, but I know came out of a very difficult time in her life that she will never forget. Keep talking and don’t bottle it up. I’ll keep you all in my prayers.

I have never ever known an OB to ignore stomach pain at 35 weeks. “go to the ER” is the usual response - always worth the check. I’m angry and sad but mostly angry and crying. He should be here! There were enough clues that there was a risk waiting any amount of time let alone 4 days and then using precious time to air lift instead of doing a C-section. Today is my sons birthday - he was induced at 35 weeks immediately after an ultrasound that showed there was low amniotic fluid. They didn’t make me wait till he was grown more! He’s here. He was 5 pounds and went home without any nicu or anything, totally fine. I’m so …. Angry my lips are turning gray.. and I’m so sorry for your loss. He should be here. 😞

It's devastating & not easy to overcome. One needs time to heal & cope with the loss. You have every reason to cry & be mad. They're inevitable feelings. I know you enjoy doing YT, but if your feelings are getting in the way of your happiness & enjoyment in making videos, definitely take the time to focus on you & your girlfriend. Humans are really good at seeking truths, making sense of the world as they see it. For the most part these are great abilities that can create compassion and solve problems but can also be a source of anger and frustration when situations are not solve able but have to be mended. Take time to grieve and shift focus on things you can control and count all your things you hold dear with the time you have. I hear creating rituals to cherish those not with us such as lighting a candle before bed with a photo of them and before blowing it out Remember the picture do this as many times until you no longer need the picture in front of you to see them with same clarity and then blow the candle out repeat this in series if you can no longer see them vividly when you think of them.

On the surface you seem happy but that doesn't mean much. I had a colleague/friend who seemed happy almost all the time but unfortunately, he committed suicide.
