Rbi Grade B but I am thinking of preparing for RBI Grade B after becoming AO in Niacl through internal promotions but it will take 2or 3 years to become Ao.+ Kuch keh rahe ki Insurance ko chodhkar Bank mein nahi jaana chayiye due to high pressure aur kuch keh rahe officer ki opportunity miss nahi karni chayiye. So highly confused

Sir selected as BOB clerk, now confusion is that should i prepare for sbi po/clerk or i continue in this bank and clear jaiib caiib. I m mba degree holder and in BOB mba degree holder gets eligible for po in 1 year ! I one more thing I like BOB more than SBI ! Please tell me sir what should be my next step now 🙏
