@@Hellewme1345 yes jadeja ( best allrounder in the world) , Deepak chahar (with tons of domestic and international experience), theekshana best Spinner in srilanka, ms dhoni himself and not including benstrokes because he played only one match csk was far superior than mi in 2023 Rohit managed with one berandoff and chalwa and sky was the only one who performed consistently almost 6 domestic players played for mi in qualifier 2 vs GT that's rohits class and he gave opportunity to many youngsters like nehal wadhera , arshad khan , akash madhwal , Kumar karthikeya , Vishnu vinod , tilak varma , ramandeep singh , Arjun Tendulkar in 2023 while csk had only one Pathirana that too an overseas player and still Rohit managed to take them to qualifier 2 on the other hand csk had an experienced side with jadeja, dhoni moeen Ali ,raydu , devan Conway, rahane with decades of experience that the difference between Rohit and dhoni and Tushar despande is the only bowler whom csk backed without out performing and still he was covered by experienced bowlers like Deepak chahar, moeen Ali ,jadeja and theekshana while Rohit had debutant player's like madhwal, Kumar karthikeya who are debuting for mi and berandoff chawla are those players who were sacked from IPL and international cricket

But here the main problem is before coming to franchise, hardik put conditions that he wants more money and captaincy along with it. I don't think these people are understanding the fan's anger. Most of logical fans are not angry because hardik got the captaincy. It's because it looks like the captaincy is snatched from Rohit. If they would have scheduled a conference and asked Rohit to give the captaincy to Hardik and announce it himself. ,no one would be this angry. It's about the disrespect to Rohit. Like after winning 5 trophies for the team , it looked like he did not get that level of respect from the franchise. This is the main problem... Although backlash was still expected from his fans but the general public would have been more supportive if they would have done it right....

How could they forget how rohit has groomed the players. Look at akash madhwal last year rohit sharma made him the main bowler in such a weak bowling attack (without bumrah) and took us to playoffs . See akash madhwal this year. He looks so much under pressure, only bowling wide yorkers and short balls whereas he's capable of much more. I agree hardik pandya should never get the hate, he's a great player. But as a mi captain, no one can fill rohit's shoes.

Did you even watch this section of the episode? Robin broke it down like a professional and presented all three sides fairly. Needs of MI as a franchise comes first, BCCI second, players third and fans last. Hardik is the only tactical mind(SKY and Bumrah are not) and both MI and ICT need it. We have run into the limits of people centric management. It worked well til mid 2010s when our Int'l talent pool was limited to 25-40 players. Now we have to move into systems thinking when our pool is getting close to 55-70 players.

Argument of Robin Uthappa can be justified if: 1. Change the Captaincy after confronting current Captain Rohit Sharma 2. No outside trading and buy Hardik Pandya through Auction, because next year will be big auction 3. Buy Hardik Pandya through trading or whatever option, they could have waited for these season with the same captain Rohit Sharma with Hardik by their side and change the captaincy next year if Rohit fails to deliver this year Team atmosphere have changed that the reason MI is still failing even after changing Captain.
