I got locked up 2017 at the infamous Cook County jail here in Chicago, we call it the Hotel California. I spent just shy of a year in the same Division and dorm which is rare. The setup was one giant dorm of bunks divided by just a wall with 375 in back and 425 in front just a big one flat room . Turnover rate was a ridiculous 40/60 people every 2 to 3 days. They stopped strip searches because of a big class action lawsuit and was so busy that they didn't even bother with the x-ray machine search because it would take an entire 20-30 seconds per person so they only used it for court. The amount of drugs in this place was astronomical. There were times when up to 8 or 10 people would be overdosing at the same time just 10-20 after the stuff touched ground. I had people literally pass from ODs just feet away from my bunk while i was sleeping or reading a book. Look up from my book a watch them body surf a dead dude to the front bubble.

42:17 You have told the history of our times. Thank you for putting it all together and laying it out - straight talk - just truth. My old roommate was smoking what he calls meth (garbage). He kept working , buying groceries, and walking his dog. On weekends, he'd get so messed up. Stand at the kitchen sink drooling out the side of his face, pants falling down. I moved and kept in touch, mostly to visit his dog, Bobo. I found him roomate a small house on a ranch for half the rent he was paying. My old roommate, who owns a landscape business, has been using that extra money to get more drugs. He has been losing his mind. He left his dog, My Bobo, to die in his own excrement. Huge soars all over him and thousands of maggots crawling in Bobos flesh. Bo was a big dog with a huge heart. He was funny and he loved me. That psycho twacked out shit torchered and made Bobo suffer for 9 days. I hope he goes to prison, I hope he has the ugliest, cruelest, longest existence. It's true what you say, even IF he gets clean, my old roommate will always be a worthless shit. There has been a paradigm shift.

Mitch, I think you should totally do more videos on all the damage you've seen from drugs over the years, especially dope/crank/meth. All we ever hear about from the news is about how people are dying from opioid overdoses (which is very serious and real), but the real keen ones on the streets know that we in America have been in the middle of a god damn meth epidemic for over a decade now. I remember back when quality crystal/meth/dope would cost you upwards of $10 a point. Ever since the cartels literally flooded every state with tons of that sh*t, the price has gone down to less than $10 A GRAM. Who would have ever thought that a gram of meth would one day be cheaper than a gram of weed. I'm not someone who dictates what a person does to their own body, but if you got a powerful drug like that for dirt cheap and easily accessible on the streets, that just means more scumbags are going to be running a god damn muck, completely spun out of their minds... and causing A LOT of collateral damage. #StayRighteous 🙏

I completely agree with you. I'm a recovered addict that turned counselor who works with those in addiction, and from what I've both experienced and seen at work, it's a serious fuckin problem. I've seen more lives destroyed from ice than I could ever possibly want to. People become a completely different entity on that shit and lose their sense of sanity and humanity. Yes, it is possible to make crystal from the old p2p procedure. BUT it's too difficult for most and not cost effective to take the time and separate the Levo from the Dextro isomers. Hence WHY starting in the 80s more cooks started using Ephedrine. It's easier to work with and create an air, light amd water stable product.

I was born in 83. I'm 40 years old. Your definitely right. I lost a few buddy's to that shit. Hallucinating, never the same. Around 05 a friend shot himself thinking the gun was unloaded, trying to scare his old lady. RIP AJ. Horrible drug

Ive met ONE homeless guy who wasnt a junkie , i even tested him cause he was in the smart n final grocery parking lot asking for food. I said i could get some speed or black if he wanted n he was like nah i dont fuck around i only drink here n there n i go you want a bottle of vodka? He told me he didnt n that he just was looking for food. I told him sorry i didnt have anything n he said no worries, when he started to walk off i called him back n gave him like 35 n some bananas. I was amazed to meet a legit down on their luck person opposed to these homeless who are always junkies n trying to act as though they arent..

You mentioned "Skeletor"; wow way back in High School one of my neighborhood childhood friends, he was already not a big guy, a natural ectomorph, then he got on crank, and peeps called him Skeletor not long after. Down to 107 lbs at 5'6"

👍Cool story bro , it's exactly like that, dope opens the doors for demonic possession. I even stopped smoking cigarettes. I am the same age as you and I am good. We , old school, were lucky in some way .....it was weed and beer, not so much synthetic drugs like now ! Times have changed a lot ! Ride free! 🦅🙏 Baba Nam Kevalam!

@@HARDINTENTIONS I am from Serbia , orthodox Christian origin, they would love you over there...😊. How you got into that , I wonder....it's very different than catholic.....much more genuine, specially Serbian version, it got influenced by our prechristian spirituality which was partly pagan but also connected with Vedas....30 % of Serbian language has Sanskrit words...crazy stuff. You have been Serb in you previous reincarnation.....🤔.. 100 %. Also our pagan God Perun was actually Thor...and you look very much like an Serbian.....very interesting , bro , no kidding....

The drug was called “Crank” because the bikers use to hide it in the crank case of their scooters. That’s back when it was made with Phenyl-2-propane (p-2-pe)

In the Philly area, P2P came from the Italians.

It is made the same way now. Cartel speed is racemic speed. Not the good dextro methamphetamine made from ephedrine. They lost their ephedrine contacts. So now they do the benzaldehyde > phenyl acetic acid > 1-phenylpropan-2-one (P2P) then reacted further to final product.
@justineadebisi82252 жыл бұрын
@@waltersobchak7275 you’re actually ill informed Mexican speed is pseudoeohedrine meth it’s dextro meth ephedrine meth is racemic and p2p is racemic
@waltersobchak72752 жыл бұрын
@@justineadebisi8225 I work for a company that does GCMS testing of illicit substances that are seized. I have a bachelors in organic chemistry. I think I’m right. All the speed coming from south of the border is racemic. Starting precursor is phenylacetone. Speed derived from ephedrine based starting material is of dextro racemate. Furthermore they add adulterants to form big crystal structure because racemic doesn’t do that. The cutting agent is N-Isoprophylbenzylamine. It is a MA analog. So your average cartel speed is around 30% dextro at very best. Usually much lower. GCMS does not lie.
