I am an African descendant when I came to America 2003. Just in three years, my cholesterol went up to 350, and the doctor was chocked. He asked what I eat ? Chicken , meat, and eggs. He told me to stop meat and eggs . Later 2006 I started driving trucks and blood pressure came in due to red bulls and other sugary drinks . I taught of my parents my dad passed at the age 90 yrs and my mother at 75 yrs in a car accident. I minimized eating many food like meat , bread , any sugary drinking for 10 yrs now cholesterol 200 blood pressure normal never take peels. Listening to Dr. Bobby , I will stop meat but only fish more vegetables soup that it. I am 58 now but still driving truck. No more blood pressure cholesterol normal.

A little transparency: I am currently having challenges with E.D. due to health issues. I previously became married, and during our courting phase, I explained this to my now wife. Thankfully, she was very understanding. Trust me, it is a lot of intimacy and a lot of oral, lol! The good thing is that this gives me an opportunity to truly focus on her body. As a woman she's lying and settling out of love. Just change your diet and start juicing because you have lack of blood flow and if you don't change that means a heart attack or stroke. You can take l citrilline powder mixed with L arginine and that will stand you in 2 weeks but clear them arteries and start juicing green drinks or turmeric and ginger shots with a little garlic. Stop dairy,cheese,processed food and all them carbs. Eat more veggies than meat.

This is so true. I am 24 years old. I lost my sexual vitality because I ejaculated 6 times in a row when I had sex with woman. After a while I got ED. I decided to do Semen Retention until I would have a relationship. I didn’t learn because when I had a girlfriend I started to have ejaculations like 5-6 times in a row. And than after 5 months I got ED again. I exercise, eat plantbased all of them. But my problem was my excessive ejaculation. I started to understand that it was my excessive ejaculation because my acupuncturist told me it wasn’t healthy to do that. I hope someone learns from my mistakes. Bless y’all

It's about quality, not quantity! When a man slides his cock in his partner, nature wants him to squirt his cum (sperm) for fertilization. Nature motivates a man to do this with the sexual urge and tension. The encouragement is intense pleasure from thrusting and stroking. The tension relief is by squirting. Nature also gives a man the desire to cum (squirt) with the intense pleasure of an orgasm. Nature and men have different agendas with sex. Nature wants us to cum in a partner. We want to enjoy the process of ecstasy and uniting with a partner, not just cumming quickly or repeatedly. How many of us got the talk about "edge play"? The phrase means to stroke moderately, not thrust hard and fast, to savor the pleasure for as long as possible. 90 miles an hour can be an incredible high, but try slowing down to 60, 30 and 10 miles. Check out the scenery! The way to make it last is to be aware of the feeling of being close to the edge of cumming, then stop moving. That is being at the edge of shooting off the sexual fireworks. It can be difficult to stop because of the urge, tension and even more ecstasy. Try to hold off. Count to 60 seconds and note how much intensity has dropped. Were you getting soft at 30 seconds or 60 seconds? If you still have control and lower intensity at 30 seconds, then start stroking again. You get to charge up again and enjoy the stroking pleasure to the edge of cumming. "Rinse and repeat" as many times as you and your partner can and want. You both get to vote on this. Deny nature's agenda to cum too quickly. This is about connection, sensuality and pleasure. Who wants to rush that? You are not sharing sex just to be a baby factory. You probably know that once you shoot, the pole softens and the Joy Tent falls down. It can take some time to raise the tent pole again, and it may not be as good or high as the first time. This is why you want to delay cumming. Just because a man can squirt multiple times doesn't mean that he should. Go for quality play, not just playing in a lot of White Rain storms. Save some of yourself for later.

Exactly women experience their man’s erectile dysfunction whether or not they want to man up and have the discussion. But without the discussion many times women feel our mama not feeling us or are using their energy elsewhere (stepping out)… so let’s have the discussion. Ladies if we are experiencing painful intercourse explain what it feels like to your man. We both should be under a doctors care and bring our partners along to the visit as advocates.

This is a great episode!! I think if both people are in optimal health and are very attracted to each other then sex can happen daily with ease. It’s not a chore. It’s an expression of intimacy! It’s not the only expression of intimacy, but it is an important expression of intimacy for sure and in my opinion one of the optimal expressions of intimacy.

Yes! My husband and I are both pretty healthy people and are intimate regularly. We’ve been married 12 years and have 6 children. My friends who aren’t as healthy, talk about how sometimes they go weeks and MONTHS without having sex! I sit quietly like, 😳…I can’t relate. It’s not every day, but it’s definitely multiple times a week.
@nikevabrown6614 Жыл бұрын
@@JessGoris I’m glad to hear this! People (mainly women) are quit to exclaim “sex isn’t everything” but it is definitely a significant part of any romantic relationship, especially a marriage. Often times people would rather turn a blind eye to an issue than to face it head on and admit there are challenges.
@JessGoris Жыл бұрын
@@nikevabrown6614 whew, that last sentence! Because I wonder how you have a whole man lying next to you that you claim to love and y’all don’t do NOTHING??? 😂 there’s clearly an issue whether it’s a problem with the marriage itself or a health issue. Like I have a friend who isn’t as intimate with her husband, but she recognizes that it’s because he does stuff a lot that makes her mad and despite many discussions, there isn’t much change. Because of that, she’s not in the mood. They’re in counseling, so hopefully that’ll help. My other friends are what you mentioned, “Sex isn’t everything.” “I just do it sometimes so that he’ll leave me alone for the next 2 weeks, hopefully the rest of the month.” Also makes me wonder if maybe their libidos are so low because their husbands don’t make their pleasure a priority 🤔
@nikevabrown6614 Жыл бұрын
@@JessGoris you are writing eye opening perspective here!! I truly believe most people are coupled with the wrong people. But maybe that’s too much for the people to admit and deal with here today. People are more concerned with the illusion of being in a relationship or marriage than actually being coupled optimally and well. For me personally, I’d rather be alone than to couple with someone merely for optics. But most people in our society are trained to couple for “the look” and to meet societal norms. It’s unfortunately true.

My husband is about to be 60 in September, I turned 61 in May. He is used to eating the food that his mother and aunt cook. When we were dating he wanted to know if I could cook soul food. I already knew what that meant. 2014 I was put on Lacinepril - High blood pressure meds - 10mg. I decided on a lifestyle change. First, I started eliminating the salt in my kitchen. I haven't bought table salt since 2014 I stop taking the high blood pressure meds. Started reading labels on the packaging. He's not used to eating without salt, because I don't use salt, seasoning the food to make it very tasty for us, but he takes the salt shaker and goes to work while he's having trouble with erection and won't listen to me. We got married in January, February was a good romantic month. From March til today we haven't had intercourse, and he's refusing to talk to me. I'm so frustrated with his inability to talk to me. He was satisfying himself before I came along, seems like he prefers that to me.

@yvettesinclair1717 Жыл бұрын
@@peppaminttea No I haven't. I know that EVERYTHING I cook with ALREADY has salt in it, I had to learn to be satisfied with was was already there and not add more of any kind to it. For him I would go the extra mile to make his food EXTRA tasty without shaking a salt shaker. My cooking helped his numbers to come down, he told me that after every doctor's appt., and kept mine where I wanted them. He wasn't ready to give up his salt and I wasn't about to start using it - we're in our 60's, he ALSO wasn't ready for a settled down, calm one person relationship, so he's already gone. There were many other things that didn't match up for us, but I still wanted it to work since he asked me to marry him and I agreed. I felt like at our ages we should know that there would be some challenges but agree to work through them. Since two weeks ago he's gone now. I will see him tomorrow for a brief moment but I'm slowly, and painfully dealing with the separation until we're divorced. It wasn't meant to be, but I do know that all it would have taken us was to be on the same page about staying and making it work, he wasn't interested in that, so I have to let go. You all have been wonderful with your advice, believe me I earned my way out. That was my desire. And I'm proud of me.

I wonder if there's any correlation between early and frequent sex in a man's younger years later leading to erectile dysfunction and low testosterone?? Also the way men view manhood, confidence and dominance that can lead them to neglecting their wife's needs in the first half of marriage also leads them to act out inappropriately later when their health is diminished and they have low testosterone or erectile dysfunction. Women are at that same time experiencing higher testosterone and libido in their later years. Huge disconnect between the 2, high incidents of divorce once the children have left the nest

Is Dr. Bobby Price single? He’s so emotionally mature and articulate. The intellect is obviously there too.

The heads on their necks are hard, that's why they have erectile distinction. If my husband's mother or his aunt doesn't cook the food, he wants it from a restaurant because that's what he was used to before I came along even though he gets better bp readings at his doctor's appointmentsb since eating my cooking. He's refusing to work with me. I try to get him to see that I'm trying to cook healthier for us both so that we can enjoy life. I'm 61, and take no medication at all for any reason. I discontinued getting that stupid acrylic on my nails because at his request, he asked me to have my nails done. He is used to getting female's nails done, so I do take biotin to help nurse my nails back to good health. Yep, it is a struggle to get him to see that he needs healthy changes in his life, even though what he's been doing hasn't been working. ISRAELITES. Growth is different, and better, but to some it's too difficult. Smh.
