Madurai Market - We started from the Madurai market in the evening & passed by Meenakshi Amman Temple we noticed a lot of crowds there. In the Evening you can see the crowd of people around the temple.
Street Food Near Temple - Then we visited a Street Cart, and we had a Keerai Vadai & Rava Poli there.
I was having this Rava Poli for the first time and it was really amazing.
Food Cost - Keerai Vadai - Rs 10 per piece
Rava Poli - Rs 10
Adirasam at SVT Sweets - After this we visited a shop at East Masi Street Madurai and had the famous street food of Madurai “Adhirasam”
Adhirasam - Rs 8 per piece
Shop Name - SVT Sweets

Banana Cart - In the market, we noticed a banana cart there they were selling 7 different types of bananas.
Famous Vada of Madurai - After some exploration of food we visited a famous eatery for Vada - Ashirvatham, & had the best Vada and chutney.

Sweet Paniyaram at Meenakshi Hotel - After this, we travelled 2 km and had the Sweet Paniyaram at Meenakshi Hotel.
I had tried the Namkeen Pariyaram before but Sweet Paniyaram for the first time and overall it was good in taste.

Masala Samosa (Somas) - After this, we tried the street food called Somas ( Masala Samosa ) with Kalan ( Matar curry ).

Dinner at Murugan Idli - Then we had our dinner at a famous food joint in Madurai - Murugan Idli on West Masi Street.
First, we had the Ghee Onion Uttapam served with 4 different chutneys and it was so delicious.
Then we had the Ghee Dosa served with the same 4 different chutneys.
Ghee Onion Uttapam - Rs 140
Ghee Dosa - Rs 130
After this we ended our day

Mr Harish Bali, I saw and enjoyed your video on Madurai street food. You ate sweet paniyaram and liked it. In this connection I want to tell you that in Kerala, paniyaram is called “appam”. You get nei appam in the temples. They are so tasty and there is no second place inIndia to match this taste. North Kerala ( called Malabar in olden days) the Tali Kshetram (Tali Temple) in Kozhikode has the best tasting nei appams. On certain days they give a small nei appam. You can buy 12 pieces. The same temple also has a gigantic appam on special days. A special offering toLord Siva is made and that is UDAYA ASTHAMANA pooja appam. One appam will fill your belly like eating a full meal. When you visit Kerala next try the appams at TALI KSHETRAM in Kozhikode.

Harish je why plate is better than using paper. I can argue that paper is better as it's a way to reuse the paper waste. You also need to consider that the plates are also made of paper and energy is being consumed in making them. ❤
