On an Honest note as a traveller throughout India I am amazed by the Taste of Alu prepared in West Bengal.They give a special tinge of taste in the Alu may be due to their boiling technique and adding Coriander with it .I had always never missed the Alu Dum sold at Kharagpur Rly station.All memorable memories.

The video just takes me back to the days of my summer vacation to Bengal, breakfast of luchi sabji jalebi or moodhi ghughni with different chops, and at evening indo chinese and in dinner machhel jhor or mutton curry with rice, and the delicious sweets such as sondesh,kalakand,nolen gud,rosgulla,chhena pice,and many more. Beautiful bus rides and that smoke of fire from cow dung cakes from the food stalls during sunrise. Bengal will be always special for me.

Itna to main honestly keh sakta hu wo bhi bahut se cities me rehne ke baad ki , Kolkata ya Bengal jaisa khana kahi nhi milta....Sirf non veg hi nhi even veg khana bhi bahut sahi rehta hain....Kam masala me Ghar jaisa khana....main Gujarat ke Vadodra me thaa waha 2-3 din main ek Gujarati restaurant me khaya wo bhi traditional Gujju khana but suite nhi karta thaa baad me waha ek Bengali sajjan aadmi tiffin ka business karta tha wo mujhe mila phir uske baad agale 2 saal khana ka koi samasya nhi raha....Bengal has best food and sweets in the world 🌎

The fact is God has bestowed the Bengalis with tremendous Stamina Every Bengali household people which I have personally seen after having finished their Dinner by 10 pm in the night compulsorily go for a stroll and invariably eat sweets like Rosagulla or Sandesh and even Singada and retire to bed by 12 pm but again continue their next day chores by getting awake by 6.30 am.May be due to their fish culture.
