Harith and Jezamine speak to press after divorce proceedings

Comedian Harith Iskander and medical entrepreneur Dr Jezamine Lim spoke to the press after finalising their divorce with ‘talak satu’ at the Syariah Court in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (July 25).
Both of them say they remain good friends for the sake of their children and will continue with their work as they have several businesses together.

In an interview 5 yrs ago, she disclosed that it was a bumpy road leading to her marriage as her parents were against it as he was 17 yrs her senior & from another faith. "I lost my friends & was disowned by my family but I kept going, all for the luv of this man i chose to marry!" (A touching episode when she revealed her mom made a surprise visit to the ward when she gave birth. ❤ MOTHERS ❤️) Sadly, the sense of betrayal hits hard. A bitter pill to swallow. Yes, we do wish her the best & happiness with her children. Stay strong. ❤
