As soon as I removed the end cap on my old style non captive bearing car I watched all the bearings bounce down the deck into the lake! The balls I could save are out of round so need to be replaced. My problem is getting the end car off. The flat head retaining screw wont budge. The old bearings are 5/16 brown colored so I believe they are torlon. The car lost its label long ago so I dint know if it was red or blue. Boat is Oday 28.

Do you make plastic bolt washers to seperate the track from stainless bolts, or use anti electrolysis paste on the 10mm bolts ?

Too bad there is no demonstration of actually using the car loader or end caps. That would have been rather useful.
