Harley Davidson Lowrider ST- how does it fare coming from a touring bike?

I recently sold my 2016 SGS for this 2022 Lowrider ST. Big fan of the change!

I have a ‘22 with all the same options but a Saddleman seat. Put sissy bar and mounted my backpack to it and just came back from 3700 mile road trip. Previously had a ‘18 RG Special. Was comfortable the whole time. Definitely can tour on it and it rips.

Rode mine from Kingman AZ to Gulfport, MS and back. Clearview small shield, Saddleman seat, Leatherpro bags and Avon grips. No issues, was a blast!

I have the 2023 Low Rider st. Traded my 17’ Road Glide ultra for it. FXLRT ST suspension is good, brakes suck and the wind turbulence is unbearable. But the bike rips! I did the Clear Veiw XL windshield. It makes the experience much better. It’s definitely no touring bike. Great for short distance.

The back brakes are terrible for sure, which is the only downside to the bike

Hey man, I love your bike. The upgrades you have are awesome! I just got a 2022 ST myself. It has a few nice extras as well but I need get rid the stock foot pegs. I’m wondering who makes the floor boards that you have on yours. Thanks

I got the same but 2024 same pipe same air intake lucky Dave tuck and roll music 10"apes paid 30K zero options from Maui and have put over 6K in it and I dont care I love her she's my babe. big island great video
