A CEO is not solely responsible for anything the company or its marketing department does. There were surely several people taking these decisions. So, the company is basically full of people trying to force this kind of marketing. So, the only real action would be to boycott the brand from now on. They won't just change because the CEO is replaced. That would only be a sacrificial lamb, and they would try stuff like that again in the future, when the time is right. And, I don't think any hardcore biker would ever buy from them again, if they watched one of these ads.

I’m going to not buy HD products for awhile. They need more financial lashes just to get them to think twice before they do this.
