I'm enjoying this build so far. The jury is still out on the gray pegs until you add some more to see how it blends in. The wheels kick ass, and your choice of bars is ten times better than the previous owners' choice. I have nowhere near the money it would take to swap the parts over on my bike as fast as you did. So, I salute you. Lastly, I met you at Blockhead's grand opening and enjoyed hanging out with you. Thanks and keep up the good work. Eric in Kissimmee. Peace

I totally agree with you that the Heritage is the best riding bike Harley has at the moment. I just got one a couple of weeks ago. I've owned 2 Street Glides. I was amazed with this bike. It was the most agile and most comfortable big bike I have ever ridden. So much so I had to have it. I traded in my 2017 Street Glide special and have no regrets. My daughter and I went for a ride on it yesterday on some nice curvy roads and it was like butter. This will be my for every bike since I just turned 69 5'6" at 150 lbs. I've own so many bikes in my 50 years of riding, that I can't count them all. This bike is with out a doubt, the finest.

Love everything you’ve done to the bike. Think you could save money by keeping the seat because the red picks up on the spark plug wires and numbers unless you’re planning on changing those items. Again looking great so far. Keep the videos coming.

Yeah I wanted the seat with the backrest, I'm at that age. hahaha The plug wires will go soon and the number will stay but the colors of it are changing. At this point I'm already in it too deep just gonna keep on spending hahaha

I am running the harley led rear turn signals , they look cool to me . Looking in my rear views at night they light up the street signs and are even brighter eith the brakes at night . The kind of smoked out plastic is cool and the chrome only when parked looks cool . They definitely are an up grade over the Einstein bulbs and red plastic , but what isn't?

Rad light setup! Are you able to give any pointers on how you got the running lights/turn signals to work together? I have a Road King torn apart right now and I’m trying to do the same w my Baja squadron lights
@throttleblip9854 Жыл бұрын
I actually haven’t worked that part out yet. I could get one or the other to work but not both. I chose turn signals but until I get it worked out I’m going to change it to runnings lights. Because I added a high low option on the LP4 but the low beam is too low and the high beam literally blinds people. So I’m thinking running lights and low beam would be a good middle ground. I do plan to get it all working. Message me on Instagram if you wanna chat more I’d like to sort it out. Blair Snipes

Simple fix for the red on the seat, professionals use Flebing’s leather dye. Simply apply on the stiching and embroidery with a Qtip, let or penetrate, use a shoe brush then use Angelus black shoe polish over the whole seal and polish. I have 2 seats and done both in worn areas, and blends perfectly, no headaches .The dye and polish doesn’t rub off or stain clothing and the seat will look factory clean. A $25 investment vs a new seat…..

I'm glad you're getting rid of the red. I think it didn't fit this bike. I don't like those tiny bags and the "club style" style you're going with, but I like the softail standard itself and your channel, so big up from Romania! Keep up the good work! 😎

Just what you need on a road bike super aggressive motocross pegs so when your 600 pound motorcycle eventually falls on you the pegs will gouge out a huge chunk of you with the points. WHY POINTS ON A STREET BIKE? Why?

Dude man for all your talk about clean this and clean that in your other reviews I'm not seeing "clean" on this build. I know it's your own money but I'm just not seeing the "clean" yet. Particularly in those turn signals.
@throttleblip98542 жыл бұрын
Function over looks for me. Those are bright as hell and not every other dyna bro out there has them. At this point you have to go against the norm to make a bike stand out. Otherwise I would have done some little flush signals, memphis shades fairing, thrashin bars and risers, blacked everything out, etc, Basically every high end build on Instagram. I may build a show bike one day and we can do "clean". This is a bike that out performs most in every aspect. Suspension, power, brakes, lighting and still comfortable.
@HD2O13XL12OOC2 жыл бұрын
@@throttleblip9854 I am looking forward to the rest of the build i'm excited for the suspension and the engine stuff and curious about the brakes being brembo and thats kind of cool. Love the foot pegs and the instrument relocation is sweet. Maybe you'll get a sissy bar bag to compliment the side bags 🤷♂️
