Lets talk about why I love my Roadster so much. Sportster is a girl bike or just to slow? I do not think so. I just know know I have a lot fun on this bike.

Dude, I 100% agree with all of your comments.im 58 & ride a 1995 1200 & absolutely love this bike. I too ride mine hard & never had any issues. I’ve done 300 mile days, no problem. Pre 2003 bikes are only 491 lbs, carberated & solid mount engine which makes it unique & different. This is my 3rd Sportster, they’re awesome bikes & I don’t get the hate & don’t care what anyone thinks, nice vid!

I would like to add a little to what you said. You said the Roadster is a great starter bike and you are right it is. For me though it is a great ending bike! I started on a XLCH 1969 Sportster and upgraded to a Super Glide in 71 and have ridden big twins for 53 years! At 70 years my Ultra just got to be to much bike (bad knees) and I did not want a Trike yet so bought a 2020 Roadster with 3700 miles on it. I love it! Forgot how much fun a light(er) bike can be and will be keeping it until the time comes for 3 wheels hopefully long down the road.

Ive had a dyna wide glide and a road king after starting on a 96 1200 Hugger and both the dyna and road king felt slow and cumbersome while the sporty felt agile and always willing to go. I think those who shit on Sportster are those too fat to fit on one :D I think the Sportster is the best bike Harley has ever made. Especially pre 2003 evo´s. Rigid mount, carbed and much lighter than later models. Carbed Evo´s just sound so EPIC.

ive decided. after looking at mid control scout bobbers, and the new sportster s, it seems like a regular sportster with cafe mods is best for me. the looks, the sound, the fun. honda to harley, here we go.

Just bought my first bike at 52! A 2020 iron 883. Didn’t really even know what I was getting! It was a Harley and I could afford it so that worked for me!🤪🤦🏻‍♂️ it was super popular on yt as a good starter bike so there you go. Now that I’ve actually done some research I think that roadster looks like a great bike for the price! So many nice features about it. The “performance “ sportster!
