HARLEY QUINN PERMAFROST META GRENADE BUILD (FREEZE Everything | INSANE AoE Damage | FEAR Episode)

Breakdown of my Harley Quinn Permafrost Meta Grenade Build that can clear Laugh Riot and Imposter Syndrome Incursions at any Mastery Level. It can keep enemies Frozen constantly and clear large groups of enemies quickly. Probably one of the best AoE damage builds in the game, at least for Harley.
