Yes, that's discussed a lot in the book. Blennarhassett had a big argument with Joseph Alston because he thought Alston had agreed to provide more financial backing, but he never did.

@@unworthyhistory I last read about Burr's post Vice Presidential history a long time ago. I remember he and General Wilkinson in New Orleans had some plans together then a big falling out and finger pointing. I recall that Aaron Burr always had a long kite tail of creditors. A very smooth talker .
