Fantastic instructions! .. Over the years for cleaning and repair, I've removed every part of my 10yr-old P68 EXCEPT the auger motor and shaft. You've given me the confidence to tackle that project this spring.. thxs.

Turned on my P43 in the morning as usual and got only a loud buzzing sound. Had to unplug the stove to stop the noise but it continued when plugging back in again. My first thought was a jammed auger or something in the motherboard. I found this video and pulled the auger feeder motor out to find oil dripping out of the motor shaft. With the help of this video I changed the motor and now my stove purrs like a kitten. The video is great and your explanations were easy to follow. Thanks for saving me several hundred dollars,

Great video! Saved me on that slide plate., While cleaning I did not line the arm and slide plate. Had a klick noise when I started it. Thought a bearing was gone. This video solved my problem, Thanks!

Thanks You!!!, with your help I saved some money and had no issues doing the task because of the detail you took in explaining it . 17 year old Accentra fireplace insert auger not working. Piece of the cover hold down latch fell into the hopper and had to remove auger to remove it.

I bought a P61A it's still on the pallet but going somewhere sometime. Anyway this was a very well done video I mean it's hard to see some of it up in there but you covered everything and explained it very well as to function and what to look for.

Thanks for such an informative video! I have an issue where my stove stops feeding pellets so eventually the fire dies out and the stove turns off. Does anybody know if there's a sensor or something that's not signaling the stove to dump more pellets into the fire? For the record, the stove initially feeds enough pellets to get the fire started but then doesnt dump anymore so the fire dies off. Please help!

Hi. I have a 10 year P68. When the auger turns , it makes kind of like a high pitch grinding noise. Could it be the bearing on the auger shaft that is gone or can it be the auger feed motor. Note, when the auger motor operates, the pellets feed normally into😢 the burn pot. I don’t believe its the weld on the end of the auger shaft either.

Very well done and informative video! Do you sell the cold air return kits for the Harman P43 stoves? If not do you have the info for what I need to install one?

can't find this info anywhere-have a p61a-2 -the stove burns too hot--replaced the board and it burns hotter--the feed is 7+ seconds/min on lowest setting in room or stove temp setting--what shud the low burn feed time be--also any idea if something other than air leaks can cause this

Great video!!! I just bought a Absolute 43-C and would like to know if it's the same parts as the P series? One thing I noticed on mine is the dealer I bought it from did a burnout on it to reduce the paint smell and when I checked the ash bin I found several pellets in the area. Is this normal and how often should I check to see if its getting full? Thanks again for the great video.

Great video....accept for the music. Could barely hear you. Music needs to be quieter or gone. Something other than POP EDM too. Maybe some easy listening.
