Pascal Hunziker I I was 6 when I first learned this piece and it took me about a week to play it like that. Don’t worry! Good news coming🤗: The first page is actually the hardest of the piece, so if you already played that, the rest will be a breeze!😋🌬🎶

I have heard many child " prodigies" of this age play this and other Chopin piano busters and they are ALL incredible technically and that is amazing by itself BUT this girl is the first one to also play it with a degree of musicality and artistry that is unprecedented in a child of this age. Being a piano player all of my life and knowing how hard it is to just execute these pieces it raises an even bigger issue to me about what the ability to do this so young suggests. My bigger perspective on all of this is that there must be in these children and in other child prodigies in other fields of some sort of " precognition" or prior knowledge about HOW to do this... which is part of their GENETIC inheritance. To me that is the true practical definition of " RE-INCARNATION"...NOT REALLY THAT A PERSON IS " BORN AGAIN" but that the neural anagrams and memories encoded in the brain DNA of the ancestors is passed on to their descendants...no other way to explain the ability to do this at such a young age.

I'm 15 trying to learn this song and it is SO difficult. After like 2 months I can only play the first page honestly I have no idea how your fingers can even stretch that far and go so fast at age seven! Incredible.

I arrived here after listening to her Chopin Op. 64 No. 2. I thought that was good for someone her age, but not great when compared to what adult pianists can do. But this Fantaisie Impromptu is very very good for a pianist of any age and astounding for a 7-year old. Well done Harmony and my very best wishes for a happy and successful future.

Beautiful! I was listening to Valentina Igoshina and Artur Rubenstein playing this and it put chills--goosebumps up and down my arms and got a little tear out of me. And then I watched you play this at age 7 and another 9 year old at the time, Umi Garrett, though I think she's about 12 now, and it blew my mind how beautiful of a job both of you did on this.
