I have literally never commented on any podcast before, but I had to on this one. I must get some of her books to read because according to everything she's saying as far as women go, I've done literally everything wrong in my life up till now, in which I'm post-menopausal at age 46. Within the last few years, I've started taking better care of myself, but I generally don't feel better, and the biggest symptom is constant fatigue. I exercise regularly, raise and grow my own food, live close in nature, pray and meditate, pretty much everything but fasting. Nobody can give me any answers. It's incredibly frustrating. I do absolutely love and appreciate this podcast for the delicious knowledge that's always available. Love and light.

@@christaevans4301 you're doing great, yet constant fatigue means your system is still out of balance. Good to get orientated by sources we have to date if you can. Check more independent sources like Dr. Eric Berg, and John Bergman. Bless your efforts 🙏 best wishes to you too.

I began fasting last year, I swear I was getting melanoma all over my back, It’s totally gone, My legs had literally a thousand pre carcinogenic/ solar keratosis. They are gone my Dr is shocked. Fasting will transform your life, it helps if you strictly eat pure food, eliminate sugar.

Do get her books! I’m 47 and started fasting. Very loosely. At least i would allow 12 hours between dinner and breakfast. 17 hours was my magic number. I lost all of my belly fat in two months. I was weighing at 147 when i started and I’m now 132. Muscle mass is up and fat lots was great. Mood stable and energy is terrific. It all makes so much sense and i swear, this should be taught to all young ladies early in life. I guess later is better than never. Thank you Dr Mindi and thank you Andre. I love you both!

This is so wonderful, Dr Mindy is incredible, I am learning so much. I am going to do a five day fast in January and join her community! I went RAW last year in January for three months, wow it was incredible! I will say when I went Vegan 6 years ago I felt the most incredible shift in my being-ness. When Dr Mindy talks about her introducing eggs into her diet after a fast, and she felt so tired, my gut tells me her system was clean of cruelty, and she immediately (unconsciously) brought back those fear (cruelty) hormones into her clean system and her vibration mirrored the way the eggs were delivered to her plate . btw years ago i zero idea what and how the animals were/are treated, and how we as humans consume the violence. Eggs are no different ( i used to think eggs were ok, until i learned HOW and what happens to these chickens, it is NOT ok. Do your research if/when you are ready to take off your blinders😔) I do not judge Dr Mindy, or any other non vegan, I can't judge what I have done, with that said....... Opening up my heart to what IS done, and living in alignment with love, choosing love over my taste buds, has transformed my life in ways words can't describe. If you Identify as an empath, and you are reading this, and you are not vegan yet, (for the animals) and you struggle with the darkness (energetically) that surrounds you, going vegan has changed my life, I highly recommend it, it's like I getting my power back, while simultaneously protecting the animals and using my voice since they can't use theirs here on earth.❤💌💌

Women go through many lives, deaths and re-births in one lifetime. Menopause is a death and re-birth into something new. Crone energy is definitely something to look forward to but society has taught us to fear it. We should celebrate making it to that stage since it's a privilege to be able to look back on a life fully experienced.
@mariekirby1683Сағат бұрын
I love that she says Crone means Crown. Far more enticing. I wonder where Dr Peltz got that etymology. When I look it up it says: "Middle English, a term of abuse, from Anglo-French caroine, charoine dead flesh - more at carrion". Then when I look up "carrion", it says: "dead and putrefying flesh. Vultures live chiefly on carrion. also : flesh unfit for food" (source: Merriam Webster Dictionary).

Wow…I will turn 72 in a week and I’m just getting to this place of learning about me and choosing my voice over everyone else’s. I ain’t gonna lie….it’s been hard! But I can’t stop myself. I have to speak my truth. Or die. And it doesn’t matter who sticks with me or who walks away.

Dr. Mindy, I highly respect your research & insight on nutrition. ***But please keep researching about women on menopause they were never met to go through this journey. But the lack of women knowing their body, understanding what elements of nutrition our bodies need and how to address emotions and the mental state and how it effects the body. Women still conceive just as men are able to implant their seed. When a woman doesn’t address her mental, spiritual, emotional, social, and nutritional value in their bodies is why their body’s ability will NOT work properly. When they outsource their care to another individual and not go within to learn or have nutritional assist then. But they can go with in and truly get the answers and assistance their bodies to heal, and be in ultimate health.

For minerals I've been cooking my grains with dead sea salt (don't use it for flavor, but it has a ton of minerals). Then flavoring with Himalayan salt. I've definitely discovered within the past couple months how much eating one meal a day or within a shorter time frame makes me feel a ton better. I have a lot of chronic health issues I'm managing. I've done a few 24 hr or shortly more ones. I'll try that January fast 🥰

i 'fast' just as a regular way each day. i don't eat until later in the morning or early afternoon. i would not suggest fasting for days on end. i don't think our bodies are meant for that and i think you can damage your body if you fast for several weeks, as an example.
@InfiniteTriztan111117 сағат бұрын
Totally agree. I myself just eat fresh fruits only in the morning and solid food once a day in the evening before 6 pm. The rest of the day just allow myself to drink water and tea.

A happy, healthy mind is a precursor to a healthy body. I am a minister, a translator of vibration, and a quantum healer. The "healers" of the world need to get out of their ego-centric silos and start realizing that EVERYONE is the creator of their own life experience. TRUTH is different for each sovereign individual. Where to focus your ENERGY is the most important life skill anyone can learn today. Happy, Healthy and Wealthy is the byproduct of a Mind that "Knows Itself."

I have a really difficult time feeling anything down there and it’s beyond frustrating, I used to be on dep provera for 5 years and my sensations started declining rapidly. I’ve changed my diet, I work out everyday, I ground, I take vitamins, I’ve checked in with the doctor idk what else to do. It’s embarrassing because I’m still young. I feel low self esteem because I’m not able to perform. Any ideas or advice? Does anyone else have this problem?

It's most likely a low testosterone issue. These days they prescribe it for female libido so go see a medical practitioner who understands this.
