A respectful and thoughtful approach to the harakeke. It is a marvellous material, when working it by hand making muka it feels magical.

I am so stoked to see the awesomeness of harakeke being utilised in new ways. A very important and prized plant, protected by the atua named Hine-te-iwa-iwa, very special.

New Zealand still has so much to give, we are truly blessed and when we innovate with respect and awareness of nature future generations will continue to enjoy the abundance. All the best to the team at KiwiFibre and others doing the mahi to make this work.
