Harp, to me, is an 'unsung hero' of all instruments used in western classical music. My enjoyment of Harp music is limited to a CD containing harp concertos of Mozart and Handel. Harp always help enhance the versatility of your classical music even with the people of my land because of its affinity to the sound of Santoor which is widely used in the two forms of Indian classical music called Hindustani and Carnatc. It was memorable to have enjoyed the music from an ancient and almost forgotten musical instrument for more than five hours! I am really grateful to you because this music is not widely available.

My favorite movements have to be Boieldeau's 3rd (Rondo Allegro) and Rienecke's whole concerto, which is astounding. Thanks for posting!

This is a great compilation and very diverse.I now know many composers I have never previously heard of. I loved these concertos until the last four concertos. Honestly, I don't understand who enjoys such junk from these modern composers. I would encourage brilliant classics to remove all such nonsensical and dissonant composers. Nevertheless, it was really enjoyable listening for the first four hours and 14 minutes.
