The train at 8:30, I would bet you has rolling stock on it from Winchester Western in Martinsburg, WV. They have a yard off of Tavern Road where the Winchester Western line connects with the CSX (old B&O line). It looks like rolling stock Winchester Western usually carries between Winchester Virginia and Hagerstown Maryland.
