oh boy, i do love this man, but the most important thing my mum taught me (apart from packing a water bottle whenever i go out) is to _never_ skip on breakfast!! doesn't matter if it's bread, crackers, yogurt or something else, as long as you eat something when you wake up.

You shouldn’t cook with olive oil - the low smoke point means you’re breathing in carcinogens. Olive oil should only ever be eaten at room temp (I don’t know if it’s ok chilled)

@@felicitybowen9754 Hi, my mum works for the redcross and that's not true (at least in wales)! All money goes to the charity and the managers are paid by the government, but if the shop raises over £2000 in a week the managers get a bonus, which might be what you're talking about.

I had a friend from Australia that made me try Vegemite. It's not something I'd eat regularly, but I didn't mind the taste of it at all. It's just basically a yeast paste, so i never knew why a lot of people found it gross.

USCHI LOU I think the reason I like marmite so much is because I ate and still do yeast on toast. If you mix braggs liquid aminos and nutritional yeast it tastes just like marmite.
