Our mini runner first aid kit is an essential piece of your trail running kit. The items included have been especially chosen for helping with basic injuries and accidents that can occur on the trails.
The outer case is water resistant and tear resistant to keep all your items protected. The inner zip lock bag is water proof keeping all sterile items clean and dry for when you need them.
There is a great range of plasters, blister plasters, bandages and wipes to help you deal with most common, basic slips, trips or falls until you can get further medical treatment.

Our emergency sleeping bag is an essential piece of your trail running kit. Much more effective than a foil blanket, it helps to prevent against hypothermia during injuries or emergency situations. This bag will keep you fully covered against the cold ground and elements, a foil blanket will not.
The bright orange polythene bag is very easy for rescuers to see and extra large so can fit even a very tall person inside to keep warm if you get caught on the hills and need to keep protected.
Included is a whistle along with printed emergency information on the case should you need to signal for help. The case is also water and puncture resistant, keeping your survival bag protected for if you should ever need it.
