I bought a set of these and i am absolutely in love with them. As a rear gripper, the grip is perfect. For me its very grippy but very easy to release. Never had such a great dart. And before that i already thought i owe my personal elder dart 😅

An absolute peach of a dart. Just bought a used one and it is absolutely stunning. Excellent if you have a rear grip. I would even call the grip at the rear a high level of grip, it just sticks into your fingers nicely. The stems are also quite awesome, I do recommend them with any shape or weight of dart, except if you prefer a heavier stem, as these are 30% lighter than your average nylon mediums.

Nice review. I am using these in 25g with long aluminium shafts and standard flights. I hold my darts right at the end of the barrel, almost on the shaft and my game has come on a lot since using these. I can see why these wouldn't suit someone with a front grip.

Takes awhile to get use to these darts , definitely a mid to rear grip dart. After a while the barrel grip is a beauty to hold and release. Not to slippery or grippy. They flow straight like an arrow once understood

just got these today have medium shafts and standard flights on them as a rear gripper with four fingers on d dart I must say I like the micro grip at the back grip at front could ba bit grippier I used to throw adrain lewis gen 2 which I also like but hopefully these make an implement

Why would you literally PRINT on the barrel the fact that the barrels are .3 g off weight? That’s stupid. I do, however, really like the way the dart looks, and the rams emblem reminds me of the American truck manufacturer Dodge Ram emblem (which is cool). I don’t know if you’ll read this, Darren, as it’s a 10 year old post, but you’ve come a long way in 10 years. 👍🏻

its very rare any barrels are exactly 23.00g or what ever the weight may be, if it was 23.8 I would probably call it a 24g dart as its closer to 24g :) Thanks! I do read them if they crop up in my notifications, KZbin is a bit buggy sometimes though and there is times when I have no idea if anyone has commented and sometimes I cant even reply when I do see it lol :)

I actually like the weight steps of 1 gram, you can switch to a different weight of the same dart more easily so you don't have to search for alternatives. Is the grip at the back comparable with the grip at the back of a Target Lewis dart?

Yes its a good idea to have 1g increments, I think the grip at the back is a little finer than the Lewis darts, its a bit grippier than a micro grip, I put a close up pic of the grip in the forum review. :)

I have not done a review on just the shafts, I think I did start one but never finished it as a lot of the darts from Harrows that I review come with them anyway. I like them but I know others that dont, some say they break too easily but I find most shafts break if you hit them a certain way anyway, personally I have had some break easy and some last a long time, but the thing with shafts is they are cheap enough to get some to try and if you dont like them you dont buy them again. I also like the Archers shafts from Puredarts.

Hi Ant, Might be best if you could put a pic up of your grip on the forum and let us see how you grip the dart. But with a middle grip you can use any straight barrel dart and it should suit, it will only be the length that would be something personal to you, but a great dart to start with is the classic Bristow style barrel. But it also depends on what kind of grip you like, do you need something aggressively gripped? There is just so many darts to choose from its very difficult to pinpoint a specific set. I would check out the Red Dragon Falcon GT darts too, the grip is nice and they are a nicely balanced dart. You can probably get away with some darts that have a slightly front weighted bias too, but I would need to see how you grip before suggesting.

Funnily enough I seen a set of Bristow darts and thought they would suit. My index finger and thumb are at the middle of the dart and the second finger is just in front so that dart has grip in the places I need I think. Thanks for your help mate. Great videos by the way!
