There is actually a kind of cover of this song sung by a German kid, who was singing about a kid named Theo wanting a bread with Banana on top. I really loved it 😂 It's called: Theo mach mir ein Bananenbrot

I did some research and found out, that a bananenbrot, is not a bread with banana on top, but a cake, shaped like a bread, with a banana inside (whole banana without peel)
