I think Harry-O has been reflective on his life and jas shown a deep sense of contrition for being in the street life. He's not going around bragging about his past. He now wants to be a part of the solution and help build the community. His humility (in part) comes from his realization of his role in harming the community. Is he worthy of redemption? Will we give him the opportunity for redemption?
