I try to avoid watching trailers for movies I intend to see because far too often they do reveal key plot points. They also choose really striking images which produce heightened memories.

Don’t remember seeing the trailers for the first two films, but I can remember Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood, Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2 trailers, it was exciting to watch them in theaters. My friends and I would look at each other with big smiles and start the countdown to the release dates. Sometimes, we would to go the theater for just to see the Harry Potter trailers and teaser posters hanging in the lobby

Philosopher's Stone - One of the defining film's of my childhood Chamber of Secrets - A little darker, scarier and even better Prisoner of Azkaban - I know a lot of people love this one and consider it the best, but I have some issues with it personally that makes it one of the weaker entries. Still good though. Goblet of Fire - Now this is the one that I was all about, so much fun and so epic. Did it leave out a lot of the book? Sure, but it still functioned well enough on its own. Order of the Phoenix - This one is pretty good, weird how they took the longest book and made it the shortest movie, but its still entertaining. Half Blood Prince - The first one that I wasn't too fussed on upon my initial viewing, but I've come to accept it as a small part of the big picture. Still the weakest Potter film though. Deathly Hallows part 1 - Its OK, a necessary film that needed to happen, but I would do just want to get to the latter chapter whilst watching it. Deathly Hallows part 2 - Absolutely fantastic, a near perfect end and my favorite entry. Fantastic Beasts - Pretty good, it set up the new story decently enough. A bit slow in places, but I was excited to see the rest of the story. Crimes of Grindlewald - The only film in the entire franchise in which I left the theater absolutely hating. What a mess.

There's some really interesting little details that I don't think were in the final cuts of the films, either different line deliveries, from deleted scenes (Crabbe and Goyle put in the cupboard) or scenes I think were removed or changed in the final cut: - At 8:20 you see the Death Eaters levitating people like in the book, but in the film they just burn tents. - At 12:14 there's a shot of Tom Riddle screaming (not sure where, or at what point)
