Yeah I only know the channel from being a fan of RLM since 2011 haha, their commentary tracks are legendary but these edits are so damn good. No clue who these dudes are. Rifftrax is still the goddamn S rank

It's really nice to see these videos highlighting and expanding upon references to British culture, and how your channel alternates between these two very different pools of references. Keep up the good work!

fun fact about the goblin bank having a giant 6 pointed star in it: Jewish orgs came after the movie for going so far and ahead on the stereotyping by including the star of david in the jew-allegory characters' bank. The filmmakers replied, "well actually the floor was like that when we start filming" LOL

And it was from an old Medieval building constructed back when the hexagram was a symbold of the Crusades. Turns out, the desire to *make* everything racist is largely an ahistorical invention by political opportunists.

You think a film crew for a major hollywood blockbuster just turns up on location and starts filiming? You don’t think they change anything or extensively dress the set to make it look exactly how they want it to look? It may of been an existing feature of the building but they conciously chose to keep it in the set design. Its not a documentary, they’re not shooting the day to day at a real goblin bank. The excuse of “oh well that’s what it’s like in real life” is nonsensical.
