Yakuza Paper is underrated in the West. If you enjoy the Godfather I recommend giving it a watch. I took a world Cinema course in college cause I needed an easy class to take with Organic Chemistry and was lucky enough to find an interest in movies all over the world. One thing is missing : the color calibration of 1980's movies. These pictures use the typical dark green scale of 2000 digital movies, and look nowhere like 35mm scans from the 80's. A litlle post-processing would help.

Great work!✨ I would be interested to know how you got there, since a few months ago I also tried midjourney and, even varying between styles and the level of detaling , I found it almost impossible to achieve credible results (for sure I'd never imagine that one could achieve THESE results). So I wanted to ask you: - Do you start from a photoshopped base (where perhaps, in this example in particular, you start from a frame of a Japanese '80s film), and from there you build it up on midjourney, trying to be as specific as possible? or - Have there been any midjourney news in recent months that allow you to get these results more easily maybe?ahahah also: do you retouch them on photoshop after? I’m really curious! again, congratulations on the work!
