Love how you can adjust how high your pan is hungover the fire, even with a hangover. Your Hungover Burrito is the bomb for some sweetness add a light coating of maple syrup to the pan when cooking the bacon or just add some when it is cooked n resting. The sacrifices you make for content is astounding😅

Hi Harry, whilst it’s been 30 some years since I was’ Hungover’ you have improved a similar cure I used to use when I was still drinking. Your potato hash is some of the best I’ve seen and the use of the tortilla on the bottom of the egg and cheese is a great way to joint the ingredients together. Keep the recipes coming Be safe David

Hangover burrito is best burrito! Those hash brown potatoes look amazing! We eat a lot of burritos here in New Mexico and purists might raise an eyebrow but I'm definitely stealing that egg+tortilla cooking method. Just a few sliced (or canned) chiles and some pinto beans from the Mexican food aisle at Foodworks and you're set. Love that you don't edit out your mistakes, good stuff.
