Our first 4x4 adventures were in a van (Ford Spectron) and the Delica is such a similar way of travelling. Brings back some interesting memories - not all of them great but all very vivid :) I second the call for Michael to come back, his channel continues to grow even with no new videos.

Loved seeing Bernie airport as my sister in law flies thru there. Tiny! We caravaned 6 years ago thru Tas and loved it. 4wd a lot of places but not like you. The HUT is perfect for damp forest. Love the fireplace. Those cheese slices hubby favs but I can’t imagine with good quality steak.

I was across in Tassie ten days ago... I love the place; the food is fresh and not outrageously priced... A bit of an adventure, and I do intend another ... you are dead right about having a booking... A classic B roll of the two vehicles playing in mud!!!

The Hut is amasing, great location and structure to it. might be a bit chilly at night but that's what the extra layers and fireplace is for. I reckon if more tracks had little huts like this, even with maybe basic facilities (like a simple toilet), it might fix some of the issues with people littering on tracks and take more care of them. But I'm not an expert so who knows.
