At the very least, it looks like a heavily Min-Maxed Barbarian (Maximum Strength/Physical stats, Minimum Intelligence/Mental stats), possibly flavored around a science-fiction-flavored spinoff of the main game (like Starfinder instead of Pathfinder en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starfinder_Roleplaying_Game ) since he seems to be at least competent with ranged energy weapons, such as the "ZARRADIAN POSITRONIC ANTIMATTER RAY" mentioned in the video. Not sure what feats or builds to give him specifically, but you would basically want to aim for everything that makes him more of a classic #Murderhobo, since it's always his blue-skinned compatriot who actually talks their way out of some situations. Side Note: Depending on the group and the DM, it might be better to build this "Killgarian" as a repeatable enemy NPC encounter, since Murderhobos tend to ruin many finely-crafted campaigns.

For anyone that plays battle royale games....my win percentage went up about 20% by following killgars advice. Lemme break it down for you. 1.The best way to win a fight. Is to start a fight: Getting the first shot in is such a huge advantage, especially if you outgear your opponents. Choosing your weakened targets, (currently losing another fight via 3rd part more often than not) and picking off everyone....well its good. There are no rules lol. 2....someone choosing to start a fight with you...: Do not attempt to defuse the situation: Running away more than likely results in death if you're the one being caught. Dont be a diplomatic douche. 3.Rather stoke the fires of war with insults as you threaten to hit him, also hit him: If you can taunt your opponents or mess with them and generally piss them off. Do it, it htrows their game off, and then hit them while they're playing worse. 4.Remember to always hit first, even if he hits you first: Even if you are the one that got surprised, hit them first. Or harder. No fight is unwinnable, the odds just get stacked higher and higher against you. 5. Once you are engaged in combat make sure every blow is a killing blow: This means dont be a stingy bitch with your cooldowns/consumable items. Treat every opponent like they're gonna give you that sweet sweet no.1 placement. 6.If you are successful in killing your opponent with the first blow, quickly find new opponents so you do not waste any of your valuable killing momentum!: Two fold meaning here. Firstly if your abilities/consumables/limited time stuff is still going after wrecking your foe, FIND MORE. efficiency is key. Also if you're on a good playing streak DONT QUIT. Berserk the entire map until you can't remember which game you're playing anymore. 7.If you happen to be a weak uselss pathetic baby person or a vegan, you may need to improvise a weapon from your surrounding area: So.....all these battle royales have a bunch of weapons. And You do have your favorites, or what is "meta". Don't be a bitch. Use EVERYTHING. Get good at EVERYTHING. You wont always have the option to have your favorites or meta weapons. remember, it's not the weapons that are deadly its you! 8.Armed or otherwise do not stop striking your opponent until he is dead. Forgotten, and his widow is happily remarried: Make sure your kills are confirmed. Pretty easy one. 9.Teabag, taunt, whatever. Let them know they were not only beaten, but taken for a ride. 10. Loot. You earned it buddy. Repeat.
