I'd love to see a video from you about hill running and how to work your way up. I live in a very flat area so I feel every small little hill. I did do a hillier run a few weeks back and my left knee was hurting after when going downstairs. I really want to do trail running someday but the hills are worrying!

is there a CCC livestream
@maori185gc7 жыл бұрын
Dane B utmbtv gives livestream coverage with full commentary (in English, French & Spanish) of CCC, TDS & the main event UTMB. It's pretty good, far & away the best visual coverage of any major 100 mile ultra, but I'm expecting it to be even better this year with technological improvements. I augment it with irunfar.com livefeed for better updates on the elite runners.

Is that the Nathan Fireball pack? And if so, would you recommend it? Keep up the good work Harry and best of luck for CCC!
@HarryRunsUK7 жыл бұрын
No I use the Nathan Vapor Air pack. I would recommend it, but you may want to try one of the Vapor Krar packs too which are great!

Answered my own question about the poles once I got past 12:00. I'd love to hear more once you get more experience with them. I wonder if they'd be overkill for the PYT66 in 11 weeks?
@HarryRunsUK7 жыл бұрын
I would say maybe a little overkill for PYT66 for you Ryan but certainly well worth having on long sustained climbs in longer ultras.

nice vid once again, but one question. can u run 100 mi non stop?
@Clairewy7 жыл бұрын
Why you got a splint on wrist Just noticed when you film you must have to run up a hill once place camera run down then run back up again
