@ that’s true, Maya, Rapa nui all were forcibly converted by Catholic Church. Still they all practice their indigenous traditions because it’s in their blood & ingrained into their consciousness. While I agree with your assumption of a connection, the “connections” mentioned here are mostly just human nature. I think the Phoneticians seem to be the main medium between the continents, as they were a link between Sumerian and Indian-Aryan peoples around 4000 years ago. According to ancient Indian knowledge there is NOTHING called "time" what we refer as time in ancient knowledge is referred as "EVENTS" that happened in space that was calculated based on the positioning of the sun the moon and planets example there are ample of temples to calculate events using the shadows created by the sun and at night by the moon or in dark nights by stars looking at the skies. Another method was by using force fields spread across space called as "yugas" Time is a creation of western physic because even if you look at "yuga" they have tried to translate it into time (seconds, minutes, hours, days, week, month and so one) but it does not stand to the test of time itself as soon as we step out of our reality. For example black hole - through which light cannot escape thus at the end in the horizon when "time" bends / collapse. You may have heard few minutes for a person passing through black hole and coming back but for another person outside the black hole it will a difference for few hours to years. Same with certain planets or star systems in space where light coming to earth bends so time also bends. Thus those who gave theories of "events" "yugas" in "Vedas / Vedanta" were aware of this phenomena and that's the reason many theories the west copied from India are failing to explain as using the "time" the maximum speed they can get is light but as I mentioned if light or time is distorted / bending then it means there exist something that travels faster than light aka the "medium" on which light travels that can be anti matter or dark energy or scalar waves or consciousness yet to be explained by modern science or quantum physic that's the reason theories proposed by west are collapsing on them selves as soon as our reality changes. hope this gives you a base to start your own research.
