I had an idea for a game that's a first person TARDIS flight simulator (the controls actually perform functions and it isn't just a Simon Says game) that has you play as a Time Lord/Lady during the Great Time War, flying about in a War TARDIS. The story would be a prequel to the events of 'Day of the Doctor' - the final arc of the story is you getting the Moment from the Omega Arsenal and handing it off to the War Doctor (voiced by Jonathon Carley) in the final mission, with a huge climactic space battle. I would also want to include a system in the game, accessible once the story is completed, that's similar to Dreaming in Animal Crossing - people can build their own worlds with the Unity Engine and other players are able to travel there. So the endgame would be people showcasing the worlds they've created, or exploring said worlds. There could also be the option to unlock different TARDIS interiors by uncovering secrets throughout the game. I'd maybe open up the possibility in the future that there's a console room devkit people can download and use to design their own TARDIS interiors to share? Maybe my idea has a little bit too much scope? I just think that would be the *ultimate* Doctor Who game.

I actually finished the game, it was one of the most boring experiences i have ever had, Tenant only shows up for about 15 min, plus he looks like something out of a PS1 game. What really annoyed me is how the sonic screwdriver and interact with anything else other then items that progress the story, not even random lights or anything like that, the final mission of the game sets you in this ,limbo like space where you can't move or anything and you have objects from random missions floating around and you are supposed to click them to collect them..i had to restart the game around four of five times for it to actually work, it kept bugging out and just leaving me stuck there, you made a wise choice not playing it through.

ok i played the vr version way back and i think the reason for being able to pick up random unnesacery objects is a carry over from the vr version where you can pick up those objects with your actual hands and chuck them about cause you dont need them, plus the repeating dilogue of the safe puzzle wasnt a thing cause the safe didnt lock you into an interact sceen you just gotta use your hands. And the exposition with nothing to do is way better in VR cause you get to actually look around and play in the laundry mat and tardis physically. Basically porting a vr game isnt the best idea, because the game was designed around being in these spaces and able to soak in atmosphere more effectivly.
