harsetti makes people as slow as her so speed doesnt matter if ur harsetti is very slow

ill explain how her s2 work she cap every speed limit to 90% of her spd so if any hero have speed below 90% of her spd it wont affect the turn order. it only affect those have higher speed than 90% of harsetti speed

​@@ravenkyo so basically if you have harsetti make all your units 20 speed slower then her if you don't want speed rng. Example; harsetti speed 220, ml tywin 200, bbk 180.
