The part of me starting to learn the joy of dissonance wonders what audio rate modulation of a frequency shifter's Amount or Frequency control would sound like, noise modulating the frequency addition would probably sound insane. I don't have the software to try this myself, sadly, and no hardware either. Cool stompy jam, good stuff.
